Karen opened her first nursery, Bedwas House, in 2007 followed by Monmouth House Nursery in 2011. Karen is a very hands on director and understands that your peace of mind is paramount to the wellbeing of your child. Karen is dedicated to ensuring that she and her team maintain their commitment to customer service.
Hi I am Scarlett Evans; I graduated from Swansea Metropolitan University in 2008 with a BA Hons degree in Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status. In my position as nursery manager, I aim to ensure that all of our children are cared for in a loving, safe and nurturing environment. I ensure that all the staff at Monmouth House have a child focused approach and that all children are treated with love and respect.
My name is Zoe and I am qualified to Level 5 in Childcare and Education. I have always been passionate about working with children. I aim to provide a fun and stimulating environment where your child can learn and grow. My main focus is to ensure that the nursery is run to a high standard and the children are cared for in a loving and respectful way :-)

My name is Katie and I am Level 3 qualified and am working towards my Level 5 in Childcare and Education. The safety and development of the children in my room is paramount. I aim to help and encourage all children to progress from whichever stage they are at.

Hi I'm Zoe Slattery, I am qualified to Level 5 in childcare and education. As well as being Deputy Manager, I am also the Puddle Ducks Room Leader. I thoroughly enjoy working in this age group and enjoy providing the children with the learning and development to ensure they reach the best of their ability by learning through lots of different types of play.

My name is Sophie, I am Level 3 qualified and I am currently working towards my Level 5. I concentrate on preparing the children from the transition from nursery to school. I love to involve the children in all new activities to stretch their imagination and encourage their development.
